Getting to Burning Man by Private Jet
Each year more than 60,000 participants heading to and from Black Rock City make their way via a two lane rural road. Naturally, this gets pretty congested and traffic becomes heavy.
Every August, the Black Rock City Municipal Airport emerges from the dusty plains to cater to the needs of Black Rock Citizens for 13 days. Once the event is over, the airport vanishes, leaving no trace – a crucial Burning Man principal. One of the notable airports in the region is 88NV, situated in the Great Basin’s Northern Nevada section, precisely in the Black Rock Desert. Alternatively, a little further out is also Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
