Here is everything you need to know about your private flight booking.

Your Flight

Thank you for booking your flight with Admiral Jet.

Once payment is made we put everything in place to make sure your flight goes smoothly.

Here are all the details you need to know about your journey.

You will have received your initial flight schedule.

Two days before your departure you will reveive your personal flight brief with further detals of the timings of your flight, your route, the aircraft type and flight number.

  • Please make a note of the flight number as you will need it for check-in.
  • For your convenience you also have the phone numbers of the captain and the handling agents at the relevant airports, should you need them.
  • Please liaise directly with your account manager at Admiral Jet for any questions or further information you may need.

Contact and Communication

If your enquiry is not during core office hours and you require an instant response please use WhatsApp using the link at the bottom of this page, or call us directly on 0207 1839655.

Please only use the email sales@flyadmiral.com to contact your account manager if your enquiry does not need urgent attention.

We will keep you or your appointed person such as your assistant, informed at every step of the journey.

We will let you, or them know when the aircraft has positioned in to the airport ready for take off, we will also let your appointed person know when you have taken off and landed, and inform them once you have arrived at your final destination should we have appranged ground transportation for you.

We will also follow up to make sure you were happy with the flight.

Catering

If you have requested special catering for the flight for an occasion or for particular dietary requirements, we will arrange this for you.

If you would like to request special catering now you may do so, if there are more than 48 hours remaining before your flight.

Pets

If you have told us you are bringing pets please make sure you have all the necessary documentation in place, and that you send this to your account manager more than 48 hours before your flight. Please see further information here.

Ground Transportation

Admiral Jet are happy to arrange ground transportation for your trip to the departure airport, and to transfer you from your destination airport to your final destination.  Simply request a quotation from your account manager.

On the Day of your Flight

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your take off time.
  • You will have a swift check-in, there will be customs to clear and a passport check.
  • The private jet terminal lounge will have space to relax and some refreshments will be available, so feel free to arrive sooner and enjoy some quiet time before your flight.
  • You will be helped with your bags by the handling agent and the crew.
  • If anyone in your party has mobility issues we will also make sure that the crew provide all the assistance required.

Arrival at your Destination

Upon arrival at your destination, you will be assisted with your bags and able to exit the airport quickly. If you have arranged ground transportation or helicopter transfers to your final destination via Admiral Jet your driver or helicopter pilot will be waiting for you.

Flight Safety
