There are many different roles in the team at Admiral Jet, and your account manager is part of a friendly expert team who play a very important part in making sure your flight goes just how you want it to.
A personal account manager is the person who will be taking care of your enquiry, starting with your bespoke quotation. Throughout the booking process they are on hand for you before, during and after your flight. They will assist with any queries you may have. They will provide you with your contracts, flight briefings and any other information required. Your personal account manager will also be in contact with the aircraft operator to make arrangements such as flight timings, airport slots, catering and all other requirements. Your account manager takes care of all details so you are free to enjoy your travel experience fully.
You will always deal with the same person at Admiral Jet, ensuring continuity, consistency and a clear understanding of your travel preferences. We get to know you, and you have a single point of contact who understands your preferences from the outset.
