What is a personal account manager at Admiral Jet?

There are many different roles in the team at Admiral Jet, so one of our most asked questions is what is a personal account manager and what do they do?

A personal account manager is the person who will be taking care of your enquiry, starting with your bespoke quotation. Throughout the booking process they are on hand for you before, during and after your flight. They will assist with any queries you may have. They will provide you with your contracts, flight briefings and any other infomation required. Your personal account manager will be in contact with the aircraft operator to  make arrangements such as catering. Your account manager takes care of all details so you are free to enjoy your travel experience fully.

Our personal account managers at Admiral Jet have decades of expereince.  Their knowledge of the industry is key in advising you on the right aircraft for your trip. The team will never recommend an aircraft that does not meet your needs; we aim to exceed your expectations everytime.  Our emphasis is always on your experience with Admiral Jet being superb.
