Medical Charter

We have many years’ experience of medical charter flights, and our clients range from private clinics to large evacuation and disaster response teams.

We provide Air Ambulance and Medical Evacuation Flights. Medevac is an air ambulance service for patients in need of urgent attention. The jets used are specially designed for medical emergencies; carrying the same equipment as a regular ambulance and staffed by emergency doctors, paramedics and nurses.

We understand how critical it is that you get the medical care you need quickly no matter where you are and no matter where you need to be.

We can arrange a Medevac flight for you, either paid for by your insurance or privately.

We also arrange flights for disaster response teams in large evacuation situations, operating a rapid response service that can arrange large scale medevac flights and crew at a moment’s notice.

Our dedicated flight team are on hand 24/7 to answer any questions and liaise with doctors and families, ensuring patients and staff are as comfortable as possible and have everything they require.

When you book

To make sure our flight team and medical staff are fully prepared, we’ll need:

• The patient’s medical record
• Any information you have about the patient’s condition
• The name and contact details of the patient’s doctor or hospital
• The name and contact details of the treating hospital and doctor the patient will be flying to.

We will advise on any extra requirements when you book.

Smaller jets will have room for the patient and the medical staff, and larger aircraft can carry relatives too. The patient’s own doctor or nurse can accompany them on the flight, but only as an observer as every Medevac flight comes with it’s specially-trained team, and they’re the only people allowed to provide medical treatment on board.
