As providers of a travel service, we take safety very seriously. Now, while there are few things in life which are risk-free, we have done everything possible on our side to make sure that you have a safe and relaxing experience while you fly.
So what do we do to ensure your safety as a passenger? Well, we thought that we would take a look at that, and talk a little bit about our processes, both on the ground and in the air, to make sure that you feel reassured about flying with us.
On the Ground
So let’s take a look at what we do for you on the ground. First of all, we hold all of our aircraft to the same incredible standards that you see on top of the range commercial airlines. We may not be part of the commercial airline industry, but we can appreciate their commitment to safety.
Every aircraft is complete with full Aircraft Operators Certificate, type rated crew and a high level cover of public liability insurance. Every aircraft is carefully checked before it is brought to you, and all of our pilots don’t go out unless they’re in top physical form and can safely get you to your destination.
While on the ground, our safety procedures also extend to making sure that you, as the passenger, are aware of how to fly properly. All of our staff are well trained, and will explain the safety procedures and rules to you before we take off, so you know exactly what to do and what not to do to enjoy your time with us. We will explain how to prepare for evacuation in the event of an emergency, will talk a little bit about things that you shouldn’t do while you’re in flight, and overall answer any questions you may have so that you feel as safe as possible before we get into the air.
In the Air
So let’s talk about our unwavering commitment to making sure that you remain safe in the air. We make sure that our trained team of professionals are keeping a good eye on everything that takes place inside the aircraft, and that all systems are working at peak levels to make sure that there are no issues. In the event of an emergency, we will direct you to the safest possible exit points and make sure that everyone is completely understanding of what has to happen.
To summarise, we take your safety very seriously. Obviously, we don’t expect something to happen while we are up in the air, but it’s always nice to reassure people that we have plans and contingencies in place to look after them. We would never stand you up in an aircraft which we don’t think it’s working properly or with pilot who isn’t at their best. Your safety will always be our top priority, and at the same time we aim to introduce style and comfort into the equation. No matter what you do where you decide to go, we will be there to make sure you have a safe and pleasant trip.
