Trainee Private Jet Broker

Admiral Jet are a global aircraft charter provider who are looking for a Charter Broker to join our fun, dynamic and fast growing company. We are seeking our next Private Jet Broker to join our team. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to develop their sales career and strive to be the best. Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth by developing deep expertise in the private charter market and delivering exceptional, personalised aircraft solutions to clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, proactively identify opportunities, and expand Admiral Jet’s presence in a highly competitive global market.

You will start with no client base and must create one through relentless prospecting, constant outreach, and the resilience to keep going. The pace is fast, the competition tough, and expectations high — only those prepared to operate at this level will progress.

Those who push through the early stages become trusted brokers with strong long-term earning potential and a role that naturally evolves into greater account management and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop an expert understanding of the charter market, aircraft and booking process.

· Generate new business daily through consistent cold and targeted outreach.

· Identify opportunities and move to secure them as a future client.

· Build and maintain relationships with prospects and convert them into active clients.

· Provide informative, tailored aircraft solutions to the client.

· Support the existing broker team.

· Build relationships with aircraft suppliers.

· Being available to clients in a highly competitive market

Time breakdown

60% of your time will be prospecting

25% of your time will be dealing with bookings

10% of your time will be visiting clients and attending networking events

5% of your time will be completing admin and other activities as the job requires

Commission: This role includes an uncapped commission structure designed to reward performance and new client acquisition.

Commission is earned on completed bookings once a monthly performance threshold is met, with increased earning potential as results grow.

Additional commission is paid for converting new clients, recognising the long-term value of building a strong client base.

As with any relationship led sales role, earnings in the early months may be modest while momentum is built. Brokers who consistently prospect, convert, and retain clients can achieve strong and sustainable earnings over time.

Working Hours:

09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

On call requirements: 1 in 3 weekends and 1 evening a week (all remotely and once probation passed)
